Having trawled the internet and chosen a wood burner, Stoversaver had the best price and it was in stock. The follow up communication was excellent, with a real person phoning to arrange delivery, email follow ups and finally the stove arriving ON TIME, well packed and undamaged. Couldn't fault them.
I dealt with this outfit last summer but the bitter taste still remains. Long story short, they took £545 from me, for an electric fire that was not what I wanted. They would not refund my money and when they sent the item back to me it was smashed. I am still annoyed eight months on!
