Emma communicates with great care and consideration. For example, she now heads emails in particular ways and will take the time to call ahead of sending important emails to ensure that there is no confusion - something that makes an enormous difference during a stressful time.
Emma is highly attuned to the emotional aspects of complex cases. She handles matters with sensitivity, respect and professionalism, while remaining focused and effective in her role.
Throughout (and, as I say, we are still not 'done'), I have felt that she is fully committed to achieving the best possible outcome for me and my children, always acting with integrity, diligence and care.

Molly Brindley and Courtney Litwinko-Smith have been exceptional in supporting me through my divorce and Financial Remedy. Further to my recent review about Stowe’s appalling service, other than the noted reply I have had no feedback whatsoever. I have just rung the Divorce Service Centre to obtain a copy of the Final Order as this was never given to me by Stowe. They confirmed that it was sent on 15th July, in their words ‘100% certain it was sent’. Stowe denied any knowledge of it (email kept as proof). So I spent over £12,000, had no formal legal advice because I couldn’t afford the pensions on divorce expert & didn’t even receive the formal paperwork. Absolutely appalling
