Initially it all sounded good
Initially it all sounded good. I wanted advice on a complicated issue and gave lots of information so the person I saw was informed. Paid upfront and it was online. The woman had no notes and rather than rescheduling she just waffled and used only 50 minutes of the hour I paid for then suggested I see a colleague with more experience for around 2k
Pretty rubbish really when I am struggling with a direct situation
I have just responded to the request for information about my 9 30 appointment on the 30th June

A Big Firm with friendly, helpful staff/solicitors. Made an enquiry, was paired with a lovely group of people, who put me at ease from the word go and kept me informed throughout the process!!
Nothing too much trouble - good attention to detail, caring, informative, reliable!
Using Solicitors for personal matters can be Stressful, timely and costly, but given my circumstance, was necessary to use people with the Correct skill set to get matters resolved!
Couldn’t have dealt with life or matters without them!

I am nearly 7 months into my Divorce…
I am nearly 7 months into my Divorce journey so whilst not complete yet I cannot speak highly enough of Stowe Family Law. Charlotte Kirkby and the rest of the team, notably Angela Sandhu and Melanie Quinn (Head Honcho!) are just fabulous. They are all so attentive and the speed of replies when you are particularly anxious about something is very impressive. Face to face or via teams meetings demonstrate their real empathy and you genuinely feel like a real person rather than simply a client who pays.
I had a long meeting with Charlotte yesterday and she doesnt miss a trick, she gives you the impression that you really are in safe hands when feeling incredibly lonely and vulnerable and it was especially lovely as we seemed to share the the same sense of humour.
They are not cheap as Solicitors go but this is my future we are dealing with so for me it is important to get an excellent team around me and I feel very confident that is the case here.

Excellent, caring service
Getting divorced is intimidating and overwhelming, particularly where our finances are concerned. Thankfully Faye talked me through everything in easy-to-understand language and clearly set out what I needed to do, how much it would cost to hire the firm's services, and likely areas of friction that would need to be overcome.

An invaluable asset
Stowe Family Law have been an invaluable help and support throughout an extensive and often complex case for custody of my 11 yr old daughter.
