The contact and booking of the initial consultation with Alexzandra was simple and during the call she made it very simple and easy to understand. Following this i also engaged their (Alex's) service and i was very happy with the information exchanges and advice that was given. I found her to be very approachable and a good listener, but also focussed on doing the right thing that was in my interest. A settling experience during a particularly challenging period. I recently had a one off meeting with Kelsey Faulkner at the Wigan branch of Stowe family law.
I have had a bad experience with a different Law firm in the last couple of years.
Kelsey put me at ease within minutes of meeting her.
She was extremely professional, understanding and caring given my current situation,and her wealth of knowledge was exceptional, as you should expect from a solicitor, not what I have experienced in the past.
What impressed me most,was that she wasn't just trying to sell her services as it were, and suggested other paths available, in my circumstances.
