Strachan have been very professional from start to finish. My furniture was installed this week and the process couldn't have been easier. The team arrived on schedule and worked very hard meeting all deadlines and the room was clean and ready to use on completion. Thank you to all the Strachan staff I came into contact with.

I have just had Strachan design and install two fabulous office bookcases. Wow! What a superb company. Professional, reliable, efficient and an utter pleasure to work with. I cannot praise them enough. From beginning to end they have been absolutely marvellous and one can't praise them highly enough. Their designer Simon Thompson is a delight. I actually met him ten years ago when I had some other Strachan office furniture commissioned. He is so nice and literally buzzing with ideas. He listens carefully to what you think you want, makes suggestions (that I would never have considered!) and then you watch as he sketches out the concept in pencil in front of you. Genius! The production process was a breeze with Strachan being thoroughly accommodating of the odd tweak here and there. Nothing was too much trouble. So their office back up is first class and the fitter too was also utterly fantastic. A true pro. I am so incredibly thrilled with the finished product. Thrilled. And one other thing. After ten years I had a slight defect occur on that original Strachan office furniture from 2013. A problem? Not in the slightest. Ten years? Not an issue. They sent a technician all the way from Yorkshire to Warwickshire, free of charge, to fix it within a matter of days. How astonishing is that?! You know that old adage - you get what you pay for? Well that should be Strachan's signature line. "You get what you pay for". Fantastic company. I would never go anywhere else...

From inception until completion of a considerable number of bespoke fitted units the service, quality and customer care was faultless. I am delighted with the end result and wish to express particular thanks to the fitters, Steve, Peter and Rob who demonstrated a level of craftmanship of the highest standard and were a joy to work with. Catherine and her administration team were always on hand to iron out any changes and minor amendments and it all started with the excellence of Eric and his sage advice.
A big thank you to the whole Strachan Team and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any potential client.

Absolutely delighted with my new fitted dressing room.I can highly recommend Strachan.Everyone truly cares about the customer and the finished product.Having a few company's out to design and price, I decided to go ahead with Strachan even though they were the most expensive out of the four company's, I just felt their designer Stewart had delivered everything I wished for and more with his design and quality .I was not disappointed, if anything it's even better than I imagined .The guy who fitted my furniture Stevie is a credit to this company ,a man who truly takes pride in his work which nowadays is rare.My finished fit is perfect and I am fussy ..My room is stunning and as the old saying goes you pay for what you get .I am so glad i went ahead with this company ..I don't normally bother with reviews but on this occasions I am so happy and feel for the service I received from manager Stewart ,designer Stewart and fitter Stevie they really are a credit to this company ..One happy customer ..Thank You Strachan

Expensive, but a top service from start to finished product

I am absolutely delighted with the end result. If I move home again I would use Strachan without a second thought.
Their customer service was a winner, there were a few minor hiccups, not to be unexpected but everything was resolved quickly and to my satifaction.
I would also like to thank Buddy who fitted the unit. He was simply the best.

You get what you pay for. Great service but even better is the fantastic end product. So happy with how my office & media center turned out.

We cannot praise Strachan enough. Right from the start Dave designed our rooms to match our requirements. The surveyor ensured the design could be done. Catherine and Claire in the office ensured everything went smoothly up to the fitting and during. The fitter Adam was amazing, his expertise and attention to detail was impeccable. We live in a traditional country cottage, with no storage to think of, sloping ceilings and floors, let alone the uneven walls. Each piece of furniture was individually scribed in to follow the contours of the rooms. The outcome was outstanding, breathtaking, we had two rooms fitted out, now we have ample storage, and cupboards in places you couldn't imagine. Well done Strachan and staff, it's the 2nd time we've used you and can highly recommend.

Strachan built and fitted my new bespoke dressing room. Catherine co-ordinated everything brilliantly, from start to finish nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely use them again for my future projects. They are very adaptable to your design preferences and the whole team are very knowledgeable and professional. You hardly know they are there as they are so well prepared that they just get on with the job. They did a great final clean up which was much appreciated. Thank you for a lovely dressing room which looks great but is also very practical design wise.

Recently had two walk in wardrobes fitted by Strachan. The whole experience from the initial consultation through to the fitting completion was faultless.
Strachan (Paula specifically) checks in to make sure everything is going as planned whilst the job is being undertaken. Her level of customer service is really fantastic.
The quality of the wardrobes and workmanship is extremely high and I could not be happier with the finished result.

We are delighted with our new Strachan bedroom furniture. It took a long time to sort out exactly what we should have, but the Strachan team were very happy to work with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The fitters were very skilled, and the final product is of the highest quality.

Strachan furniture installed a large bookcase on our stairs landing. They spent a lot of time making sure that we got exactly what we wanted and that the colour matched nearby furniture. The plans were very detailed and it was installed very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Strachan was excellent from start to finish. We wanted bespoke display cabinets, a sideboard and matching mirror, for our dining room. The Design Consultant who visited our home was professional, very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs, asked plenty of questions to ensure all the details were covered and brought along samples for us to choose from. He produced computer-aided images and gave sound advice where necessary. He even had working samples of the strip/spot lighting for our display cabinets. Once we’d agreed the design and the price, we then had a visit from a surveyor, who took detailed measurements for our furniture. Throughout the process we received detailed drawings, letters of confirmation and a telephone call to sort out the finer detail. The Installer arrived at 8.00am on the agreed date and did a marvellous job of building the new units! He was neat, tidy, polite and hard-working, with excellent skills. The work took two days and he made sure that all materials and tools were stored safely overnight. His attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding. The finished job is wonderful: we are delighted with our new furniture! We would highly recommend Strachan and would like to thank everyone, including the Customer Service Team and Installations Co-Ordinator for all their help. A thorough, professional job from start to finish.

Writing this whilst fitter is in house completing job that we were promised would take three/five days.Job started in November 22 and because of the problems the company created it is being finished today,08/02/2023 at 19.20hrs.
We have paid this company £15,000 for the privilege of being messed around and basically, lied to.
Do NOT use them if you want a job completed as promised !
We will go elsewhere for the other fitted furniture we require

From the first visit to your showroom, the planning, designs and Aaron with his first class expertise in fitting everything. Not forgetting of course the excellent guys who were instrumental in making it at the factory first. Clerical staff, office staff who kept us up to date with plans and delivery dates, we applaud you all.
It is a real pleasure for us walking into the room and admiring it's beauty, and hopefully for years to come.

We had fitted and free standing units in 2 bedrooms and a beautiful bookcase fitted in the office. From the initial designs to the finished products we received an excellent service from Strachan. I would definately use this company again and would highly recommend them

From the start to end the whole project has been carried out exceptionally well.

The product is at a very high standard and is beautiful to look at.

All the staff at every level have been very good. Customer service is of a very high standard.
