Poor customer service

Bought two trench coats, firstly, the items were placed in a paper bag without any protective wrapping, and the bag was nearly torn due to the rainy weather during delivery. Secondly, one of the items appears to be a faulty sample — the coat still has a red arrow sticker pointing to stains. I wrote to customer service, waited for a few days, no replies. So I contacted the online chat service, the chat service staff seemed disengaged and unconcerned. It's my first purchase at Stradivarius, and the impression is that the customer service is very negligent, and the chat service staff are neither experienced nor interested in helping clients.

Since your item was purchased in-store, any return or claim must be handled directly at one of our physical locations in the same country of purchase. Malaga Stradivarius…

Visited the Malaga store in the town centre. Struggled with the self service and there were no staff available to help. When I finally saw a staff member who came to help she was very off-hand and made me feel like a total inconvenience.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, 10 days after ordering they still haven’t dispatched my order?! When I ordered it said expected delivery 15th May, it’s now the 18th May and they haven’t even dispatched it yet. Spoke to customer service to cancel but couldn’t because “coincidentally” the warehouse had packed my order 10 mins before I messaged. Won’t be ordering again

The most appalling customer service…

The most appalling customer service that I have ever experienced. My daughter bought a coat and after less than 3 months the belt broke off, making it unwearable. The manager instore was rude and completely unaccomodating, when i asked to swap it. You can only contact the company with extreme difficulty. Finally when I found a way, they gave me a very short and unhelpful response. Considering that I had spent a lot of money, it is obvious that they do not value their customers at all. Never going back!

Faulty goods. Customer Services rubbish

I received goods that were not fit for purpose. After trying them on I washed them and a large hole developed in the side seam of these linen trousers where they had been sewn badly. Trying to contact them is a nightmare. When you do contact them you will be fobbed off and asked to fill in various forms with intrusive information. They wanted me to confirm my credit card deails by Messenger. I paid by Paypal and told them that and I do not have a credit card. They kept insisting that II fill in CrCd details and date of birth. I refused. Just do NOT buy from them, horrendous experience.

Terrible company !there sizing is awful - had to return
You have to return every item separately!! And get charged £1:95 per item -( Money making ) I advise don’t order from them

I made an order 50275714957 and it was divided into 2 suborders, 27571495701 I never received!!! In the store an employee gave me an email to contact customer support because it’s taking too long, they said when they will find solution they will contact me again and guess what??? Almost two weeks nothing! No clothes, no money back. Lately I made 3 orders and out of 3 just received only 1, such a shame because clothes are really nice but you cant never be sure you will receive your order!!!

Ordered and delivered in 2 days!

Ordered a bottle of perfume as I left the previous one in Lisbon by accident, cost me double in UK but order and delivery was rapid! Ordered 8th May and delivered on 10th so no complaints!

I can’t return online purchase

I bought 2 pairs of pants online and 1 of them doesn’t fit me! I want to return it but for my surprise I CAN’T!!! I have to go to the shop to do it, the nearest from house is almost 3 hours by car! this is ridiculous! I just want to have my right to return it, even if I have to pay postal tax!!!

None existent customer service - no point ordering online

.I placed a large order from Stradivarius, and it arrived in a single box without any plastic protection. The box was delivered ripped, and the items inside were dirty and likely tossed around during delivery. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and just told me to return the items if I wasn’t satisfied, despite my explanation that the box was completely unusable for returns. It was extremely difficult to reach anyone; their chat and WhatsApp support are useless, with long wait times and unhelpful responses. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience, and I’m not looking forward to the hassle of getting a refund.

AVOID. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

i made an order online, specifically went to store to pick up my order, was told by staff there was no order there. even though i had received two emails, one for order confirmation, one to inform me my order was ready to collect and then a text message to say my order was ready to collect in store. then i am told the orders and the deliveries come in the same bag and so now it means that they have sent my order to someone else. super frustrated, would never recommend and will never buy from there again.

Returned and item

Returned and item, item has been recieved back by stradivarious but they have never refunded the money. Everytime i contact I am told to wait a bit longer. Paid using Klarna so now having to pay for an item I don't have.
Will not use again

I bought some stuff in den haag and I…

I bought some stuff in den haag and I happened to pay twice which I showed to them and they arranged for a refund which they said I would get back after a week, it has been months without the refund.
Tried writing them, contacting them, going to the store again but it is all in vain.
Their customer contact service is useless, they are never helpful/useful.

Really irritated

I ordered petite size 10 jeans and got regular. There's a reason I buy petite. Why send out the wrong product twice? Very odd policies from this store. Bad management and probably don't pay their staff.

Terrible Company

Terrible company! Ordered a cardigan, received a denim mini skirt. Contacted customer services who basically said send the skirt back then we will refund you for the cardigan as it’s now out of stock! I said I wanted money refunded immediately but said wouldn’t do it till the skirt was returned. Absolute garbage! Totally scamming people.
