I have been very frustrated with this company. I need to return an item, they have been quite difficult to deal with. I am aware there is a 30 day after receiving the items to return. They are taking days to respond, and asking many questions. When I have clearly said the item is in perfect condition, just the wrong size was ordered. Not happy at all.

Only one star as can’t give less than 1!! They don’t respond to messages or emails and the phone is never answered. I have followed the process to return to items but they won’t respond to accept returns!! If I send them back without their response to my email they won’t process refund. Disgraceful company

This company deserves 0 stars in my opinion. I ordered items on 31st August for a birthday gift and I have still not received them!! Either you didn’t post them or Royal Mail has lost them either way I’m out of pocket. If you ignorant people would only answer messages or emails regarding this so I can get some answers andas I’ve had to buy elsewhere I require a refund but you do not answer anything. Very disappointed. It’s gone on too long now. It’s like talking to a brick wall, oh and while I’m reviewing stop sending me messages to review my products, how am I meant to do that if I don’t have them!!!!

Paid for a strap 22 July. Dispatched 27 July. Tracking number on Royal Mail says incorrect. Several emails and a phone call and still no delivery 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Two weeks later still waiting for the strap to arrive, asked for a refund but was refused! Was told it takes 3 days to dispatch and then another 5 working days to deliver. Also admitted that the strap was not dispatched within their timeframe but no apologies or refund offered. Avoid this company.

I ordered a apple watch strap. Delivery was good however product & customer service wasn't! I had to take a number of links out of the strap so it would fit my wrist and the pins didn't go back in properly. When taking the links out the strap also did not look the same . I sent back to Straptastic after emailing them for them to then email me saying they wouldn't give me a refund as it was my own fault! Have since replied and received no response. If this is the customer service and levels of quality then I don't expect them to be in business for much longer. Do not buy from here!

Ordered an Apple Watch screen protector. Still had received my item 3 weeks later, emailed but no response so contacted them via Facebook and the lady I spoke to advised the item was out of stock and would I like a refund! Been waiting 1 week for my refund so raised a case with PayPal and finally getting my refund! Avoid at all costs!

Recently purchased a Fitbit from here. First time user the website was good and easy order. Delivery was ok , price was good too.would definitely use again in the future

Colour flaked off metal strap. Strap catches on clothes and pulls material . Poor design and total waste of money ! Pay out for genuine Apple straps, at least they are good quality

Bought a small Apple Watch series 7 screen protector £9.95
It finally came 5 days late, no cleaning cloth or guides nor a card to remove the air bubbles.
The frame the put around the screen protector decreased the Watch visibility and also the screen protector just had constant air bubbles due to the poor fitment/curve

Ordered two 20mm nylon straps for my Samsung galaxy charge 4.
I was worried they would not fit, but customer service was fantastic and assured me they would.
Delivery was super fast and I'm so impressed with the quality and the feel of these straps.
The charge 4 comes with a silicone strap and I couldn't get on with it. These nylon straps are brilliant and totally adjustable to your specific wrist size.
10/10 I will be ordering some of the milanese straps from this website, they look fantastic for fancy evening outfits.

Fast delivery ordered Sunday arrived Tuesday, just Intime for my hubbys birthday, he loved the strap and said it’s good quality, very happy with it, and he’s very particular!

They do not know or understand their own refund/returns policy!!
‘We offer a 14 day, no quibble, money back return policy. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.’

Having spoken to customer service on the phone they advised the following:

‘Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In some cases we may exchange items for a different strap and/or colour, subject to stock availbility.’

To clarify their policy, where an item becomes defective, the 14 day no quibble money back guarantee is not relevant.

****ORIGINAL REVIEW ***Bought this strap beginning of December 2021 for my apple watch ⌚️ SE, 44mm case. I queried with customer service the same day it arrived that whilst the strap is comfortable, however, it feels on the large size around the wrist I use the small length that is shipped, they advised ‘Unfortunately, that strap only comes in one length’.

The magnets in the strap do not sit level and bunch up and crease the strap also.
I am no longer able to use the strap as it has now pealed away from the strap fixings and is not safe to use.
I contacted customer service over the phone 2 weeks ago was was assured that it would be covered under their returns policy as the strap was faulty and was advised to email the order details and pictures for a refund/replacement to be considered, have heard NOTHING from them since, follow up email sent and still no response.
Lesson learned, ‘You buy cheap, you buy twice’.

Non existent customer service and one star review due to faulty item and ‘Craptastic’ customer service, would rate zero stars if possible

I ordered a magnetic strap and they sent me one that looks like a normal watch and they haven’t done anything about it.

This is a scam, avoid! Item has not arrived almost one month after purchase. After an initial enquiry was told product was on the way but now they are unresponsive. I’m passing it over to Amex to try to resolve.

At first I would have put 3 stars as I couldn't make contact with the company, the item didn't arrive and the reviews were terrible. However I did get through to someone, the owner I suspect who was fantastically helpful, promised the item had been sent but refunded the money as it hadn't turned up. My item later arrived in splendid packaging and of very good quality, I tried to repay but Straptastic said no, that's fine keep it. What a great gesture. The delay was Covid stricken Royal Mail. I was put off by Facebook reviews. USE Straptastic as you won't be disappointed. Good, old-fashioned service!
