Recently built and moved to the area and looking to fit out the shed plus some screening on the house and now possibly a patio. At first thought their prices were around average but after shopping around they are pretty sharp on some things. Staff are great, easy to talk to, informative and very helpful - will now always have them on my shortlist.

Outstanding support from the Hervey Bay store staff.
We are first time purchasers of Stratco stock.
We ordered items on-line but were unable to collect them due to living 150km away from the Hervey Bay store.
We contacted the Hervey Bay store staff and informed them that we would not be able to pick up the items until the QLD COVID-19 Restrictions were lifted.
The staff advised that would not be a problem and they would keep them safe until we could travel to pick them up.
The following day we received a phone call from the staff to advise and confirm they had put the 4 items aside for us to collect when eligible to travel.
Very pleased with their helpful and friendly support.
