Tried call stratco Malaga several time this morning no answer, canningvale actually picked up the call and said they would get someone from Malaga to call me , nearly 4 hours later still no phone call 😑

I was nervous about organising a replacement garden shed until I spoke with Hazel Snow! She handled all of my questions professionally and sensitively. Despite changing my mind (a few times!) about my initial design, she remained cheerful, and constantly assured me that she was there to arrange the shed that I wanted. I was impressed by her light heartedness, friendliness and her wonderful ability to change quotations and shed designs promptly when I suggested changes. You're a star, Hazel!

Very easy to order small shed online and a very friendly delivery person. The shed was a little difficult to put together if you don't have past experience.

Easy to use online ordering system. Good value outdoor lounges and they look great on my patio! Polite and helpful delivery man.

Abhishek was very helpful and knowledgable with what we required (8m x 5m freestanding patio) will continue to use Abhishek for future purcases as he was also very freindly and obliging

Purchased one of their small garden sheds. It's absolutely fantastic. Instructions we're clear and it was very easy to build. It was a tad more expensive than the alternatives but I had seen many bad reviews about them.

All the parts, bolts and screws seemed to be of good quality.

I am very happy with our purchase, great quality. I put it together over a few days and it is very solid. The driver was very helpful and friendly too.

He is always very helpful and he has high knowledge of the industry I work in.

Ordered and paid $12000 up front for trex decking project.
Frustrated to receive incorrect supply of securing clips. Should have received trex hideaway clips and 100mm bearer protector tape but received really inferior universal clips and 50mm joist protector tape instead. The Manager Shaun Buchan had been very difficult to contact and unhelpful to rectify the order. Had to wait initially 3 weeks for the order then another two weeks on a promise to supply the correct clips only to be told they aren't coming today and no idea when we will receive them. Shaun does not answer emails, his mobile number or store phone and only responds after complaints made to the call centre and insisted the regional manager be involved.
When he did reply it was very vague and did not contact me again as was promised. Were happy to take my $12000 but VERY poor after sales service!! NEVER respond to call messages left by the call centre and should not be a manager

Ordered a work bench on a Sunday, it was delivered the next day. Very easy to put together. When I discovered that one of the cross support beams was faulty, a replacement was promptly delivered to my front door and the faulty part taken away.
Couldn't be happier with the product or the service.

We went in to Stratco Malaga to order some fencing materials and were served by Vicky. She was very knowledgeable about the product and made a number of very good suggestions as to how we could install the fence and what materials we would need. I would certainly recommend this store and its staff.

wouldn’t recommend really poor customer service waited 6 weeks for delivery of a patio only to not have all components required made multiple calls to find out when I could expect delivery only to be told someone will get back to me which they never did, finally promised a delivery date so I booked tradesman for installation only for delivery not to arrive same thing multiple calls told it would be looked into and someone will get back to me again never happened

9 and a half weeks later I finally received 2nd delivery still missing components

Vicky at Malaga is the most patient ethical sales person I've delt with in a long time .
Knows her product and a very cool ability to interpret what I think I needed .

Weave bean shopping around for a while for a (color bond Patio) till we meet a Gentleman at the Malaga branch called Vedran. Very understanding of our needs, he was polite and very helpful with the different types of material and colour arrangements, he couldn’t do enough for us and what a fantastic price, plus design and ENG sketches for council application. Great product, price, service and availability

Great patio, but dealing with Stratco (in particular Malaga) was dreadful. If you can ever get through to the store, as their phones are never answered. Delivery was promised on one day, some parts arrived before. Then when the installer (Who Stratco sent the job to) arrived they found a large amount missing. Stratco had no idea where things were at, and slowly over days the rest of what was missing arrived. The store failed to change the mounting brackets to the ones requested by the installer (this was weeks before!). Once the job was finally done there is a number of items left over. Stratco advice was the patio was not compliant without them. Load of rubbish, the extra items were included for a wall mounted patio, not from the roof as ours is. The plans never indicated these parts would be needed. So they refuse to accept them back, and wont even reply now. Refused a refund on parts they ordered (not us or the installer) and wont even collect them. No way would we ever recommend Stratco, awful to deal with.

Had excellent service from Priyo to put together an order for our front gates and wall screens. The wall needed different panels and Priyo was very thorough and clear about all the materials that were needed, he gave me options and explained the benefits.
