Poor customer service …
Ordered fencing it was delayed because of a powder coating issue so our contractor started another job . No phone call the fencing was dumped on my synthetic grass when there was obviously a driveway.when .we said we wanted it moved off the lawn we were met with you can remove it easily yourself it only weighs 69 k, bit hard when my husband is on a walking frame, poor customer service

It was all a little messy!
I placed the order on a Sunday and was noted that the order should be available 4 hours after opening the next day. I hadn't heard anything by 3pm so I called the number given and they contact the store directly and was told the order was ready to collect. I headed straight there and the order wasn't ready so the young lady grabbed a trolley and grabbed everything off the shelves for me. That didn't take too long but was slightly annoying. What bothered me the most is she didn't check any ID or clearly confirm who I was except for me verbally agreeing what my first name was. I had all my ID and card ready to go but was never asked for it at all.

I purchased a garden shed on line, click and collect. When I went to collect I discovered I had made a huge mistake with the measurements . Ciel from the Mt Barker store ,was very understanding. I went home to arrange a trailer. This was proving to be difficult also. I decided to pay the $95 delivery fee. I called the Mt Barker store and asked Ciel to arrange. She advised that she will discuss with her manager and took my details. Ciel called back and to my delight had booked a courier which saved me approx $40 . My garden shed has been delivered. The customer service provided by Ciel was outstanding. Please pass this compliment on to her , regards Francine
