Recently my horse had a bad accident and we needed to build a stable immediately. Dave was amazing and helped us get the tin, flashings and other materials we required and had them available and ready very quickly! Was such a stressful time but Dave helped us greatly and made it less stress to think about. We always like to see Dave when we go into the store, always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in all areas. Highly recommended speaking to Dave.

I ordered pool Glass fencing from David Assistant store manager at Packenham a given tight ETA .David made an extra effort to meet my deadline .If I did not meet David your company wouldn't have my 4K sale and repeat sale of 1.5 K from Dandenong Store.I am a Franchisee of a leading retail chain .We see a few of his kind of people in this industry.I request from the company to look after this kind of staff . Hi just had our second delivery here from the fabulous Pakenham store-this morning by Sahi. Wow, again amazing service & another fabulous driver. Sahi arrived & rang doorbell & asked where we wanted the delivery placed. And boy did he place it well !!- amazing friendly co- operative fella.
