We had a patio installed by Stratco recommended installer. Everytime it rains the rain comes through every joint of slats and through light fittings. We have had several emails and phone calls with Stratco and installer and neither care or have done anything about it. So we have several waterfalls when it rains. We have all our furniture damaged from being under there. NOT WATERPROOF! Shame I can’t load video of waterfalls

My experience wasn’t anywhere near great. I contacted stratco saying there were drawings missing. They said they didn’t supply them anymore.(it was on the packing sheet though) my council needs drawings. The ‘online only’ instructions (none supplied) kept referring to the drawings. Footings size/depth etc. company seems to be uninterested. Very poor. Wouldn’t recommend.

It was great to see the assembled product at the shop.Ordered online on special,had to be delivered.
All good,the only disappointment was receiving promotional material a week later with the price dropped a further $200.

I never usually leave reviews but the professional and hardworking employees, particularly, sean and Andre, deserve recognition.

Our experience at stratco penrith was nothing short was exceptional from the moment we entered the store until driving away with our new items.

Sean was friendly, highly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. He was able to answer all our questions and even provide us with other options we hadn’t thought of, making our task much easier.

He thought of every little detail and no task was too much. We definitely appreciated the bottles of water to cool us down whilst shopping on a 36 degree day, as well as the assistance in loading and strapping our products onto the car to take home.

10/10 customer service!

Spoke to Sean Crocker at Penrith who was most helpful in determining the material needed for the L shaped carport and pergola. Placed the order and was given a delivery date
The driver, Kevin Dao, contacted me before the delivery as promised and arrived at the advised time. He was polite and most helpful in unloading exactly where required. His attitude during the whole process was outstanding and he could not do enough to make sure the goods delivered were as per the order and were in good condition and that I was happy with everything. Kevin's attitude and customer service standard are excellent and gives a very positive image of Stratco. I wish some other companies had people like Kevin to represent them!

In all my dealings there at Stratco Penrith i can’t fault them in anyway. Always greeted with a smile. The staff know there products and do what ever they can to best fit your needs. John the store manager has always been my go too man. Polite, courteous and nothing is ever hard to get you the right product your looking for, he always keeps you in the loop with what’s going on from ordering to delivery John is always there. Great work.

I rate the Stratco Penrith 5 stars for several reasons. 1. Always happy and polite. 2. The sales staff always bend over backwards to help me with the right product. 3. If a problem does happen the staff a Penrith get to the bottom of it quickly and keep me in the loop until resolved. I could keep going on and on but thats why I shop at Stratco Penrith.

I am a tradie and every time I go into Stratco Penrith everyone is helpful and they know the products which makes life so much easier and faster.

I can get in tell them what I want they work it out for me and I’m back out onto another job in no time, highly recommended and can not fault them, I do not use any other company for my awnings and patios as pricing and service are both great.

Love stratco click and collect option! Within 2 hours of placing order they called and advised it was ready. When picking up order the staff were lovely and so helpful. No question was too hard and the staff were so professional! Would recommend Stratco Penrith to everyone.

Word cannot say enough, great sheds, great products.
But the instruction could be a lot more simpler by having colour code stickers or numbers on items

Great price on Kero heater.
Service at pick up was spot on.
