If I could give it no stars I would

If I could give it no stars I would. I payed £300 for 2 nights in a suite. When I got there I asked what time breakfast was open I was told no food available on site I could go down to cafe down the road . No room bed Mede up tea Coffey ect not topped upafter 1st night , toilet kept flushing had to keep pressing button. Bathe room tiles were stained, big stain in rug. Reception closed when we went to check out. Had to phone them and was just told to leave keys in door. No facility’s at all on site was open . My recommendation is AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Rip off

Booked a suite, as in pictures looked beautiful, and for almost 500 quid for 2 nights stay, I was expecting luxary

Manky decor pillows on bed, smelt of greasy hair
Normal thickness quilt, infact, a very thin quilt on bed
Stains on the sofa, that looked like bleach
Massive cobwebs in corners of room
No soap in bathroom, had to keep reaching over the bath, to pump shower gel in my hands, after washing
No bin liners in bins, put my own bag in....

Breakfat, medium, nothing special, and very small portion

On my request for soya milk for room, and extra pillows, wasnt carried out, had to ring reception.

Not even free bottles of water in the room

2.50 for a can of normal coke....wow...

Nothing at all, that I was expecting for the price

Better luxury at a travel lodge
