They have a new process where they have…

They have a new process where they have to call you prior to delivery to verify the address. What a ridiculous procedure- if they cannot reach you, there is no delivery although you have paid! If you work full time and do not take calls from spam numbers, you’re basically screwed. I will never order from them again.

You've changed your website again

You've changed your website again. Finding the brand of product is now more difficult. Once I have put an item in my shopping cart and then wish to continue shopping it shows up many more items that were not there when I first went into the brand. Disappointing but I will persevere for the moment

Where to find the product wanted quickly

I would like to see the entire range of face creams sizes/ costs alongside each other,same with coloured mascaras.
I like the concept of checking your shopping bag before making the final decision and then going to the checkout etc.

Refund issue

I have ordered from this company before without any issues. My recent order got lost and they are asking me to close my PayPal dispute before refunding me. I’m concerned that if I do that, I will not see a refund. They state it is a new policy. Seems irregular to me.
