A must have for eBay and Amazon sellers
If you are running a product inventory on either Amazon or eBay you need StreetPricer. Easy to use with a great looking interface, the possible permutations to setting up your sales are multiple. From matching and beating the competition to driving sales through velocity pricing. Each possibility can be fine tuned to ensure you not just win the order but maximise your margins as well. However, StreetPricer is not just easy to use but should you need further help it is never far away and very responsive to all questions. We simply did not have the time to keep monitoring over 1000 different products but with this software we no longer have too.
I have to say Street Pricer is the way…
I have to say Street Pricer is the way to go for Ebay and Amazon Automation. Simple and easy to use with CSV update and up and coming possibly updating pricing via email. I have reached out to different re-pricer and seems to be a bit of complications with trying to make the flow work all together. Also when I signed up someone walked me through on how to use Street Repricer and that was a big help especially when time is limited.
Buggy, wouldn't recommend
I've used streetpricer for around 6 months. The pros: the software looks nice, they have competition repricing and velocity, and generally speaking their support is good. The cons: the software doesn't work good, is buggy, and a headache. Our situation was we would manually change the price in street pricer (via their software or import) and then an hour later, it would revert our pricing back to what it was and it wouldn't send the updates to eBay. They attempted, slowly, to fix it but I don't believe it is fully fixed or they stand by the product. I will say, this is happening at the same time their Amazon repricer is coming out and they seem distracted by that. If the software worked, and wasn't buggy, it would be great and just what we need. I find myself simply frusterated working with it though and not worth the time. Regarding the Amazon pricer, I have not looked at it. I had a demo scheduled but cancelled due to the problems with the ebay software. But, from my experience, go with Bqool for Amazon pricing (i'm not being paid to say that). They work amazing. Finally, the support team at street pricer was the reason I stuck around as long as I did. They are friendly and seem to try to help. However, i'm not convinced they really understood the problems or wanted to fix them as customer service got very poor at the end. Have a great day.
More than just a simple repricer
As a company we have used StreetPricer for a few years now. We run hundreds of listings across several platforms including eBay, which we list on internationally as well and to do so without Streetpricer would not be possible. It not only adjusts our pricing, within parameters that we set but can also keep on an eye on competitor activity as well. We base our pricing on sales volume and having Streetpricer do that for us is a massive time saver. It also shows us which products are selling and which one's are not and allows us to create pricing rules for each individual product should we so wish, in order to get it to start selling. With probably the best looking interface we have seen and with all the new developments StreetPricer are putting together we will be using them for many more years to come.

Pros and cons
The tool is easy to use, and the support teams are eager to help users be successful. I do find value in the product as my sales have certainly increased.
The only challenge is their support teams are not available of the weekends, and no 24hr support that can be a disadvantage depending on user location
It was a good software time ago
It was a good software time ago, but now it's no more good as before: We have the same problem since long time but they don't fix it. If you solicit the problem the customer service answer with the following message: We've advised many times that there have been some errors and we've requested the tech to fix it. I'll update your ticket that you have one task pending again that's stuck.
This software is the real deal
This software is the real deal. I am an eCommerce specialist in the industry for over 12 years, and have never used an eBay repricer like StreetPricer. The dashboard, features, and even integration with my own software is unmatched to any other repricer that claims to do the same thing as StreetPricer. I can't believe I went this long without having this in my arsenal!

Great Customer Service...But
Let me start by saying the customer Service is great.
After that, StreetPricer leaves a little to be desired. I have had listings in StreetPricer for months and it is still finding new competitors that have had their listings active for months as well. StreetPricer also has a tough time telling if my product is the same as someone else's even though I have provided the Manufacturer Part Number and UPC Code. By not finding all of my competitors within a short amount of time, StreetPricer can not accurately reprice my items since it does not have all of my competitors. I am also very thankful for the "Floor Price" feature because the price on my listings is often falling daily because I have one or two competitors who are using the same or similar software to undercut us. This effectively kills any and all profit but I knew that was possible when signing up.
