Please I would like a proof as I got two different items at different dates

Response to your reply - Your response to say we have been offered a refund of discount is a complete lie. We haven’t even had an email since the order was placed. Complete nonsense and further lies.

We have ordered 5 pairs of the same shorts (on separate orders) for my wedding in 2 weeks - ordered on 21/03 and they still haven’t arrived. We have emailed to chase up with no response. The phone number on the website doesn’t work and the live chat never gets answered!! Will be contacting my bank for a refund and this is clearly a scam! At over £190 spent I would at least expect a response.

Trousers fit absolutely amazing , favourite pair of trousers I have now , I bought the grey checked with white stripe SS19 collection. Very soft and stretchy fit to my legs amd waist amazingly , will definitely be ordering again!

Parcel arrived in good time however a hole in the side of the jumper where the seams had been completely missed and not sewn together, poor quality checks and at £49.99 would have expected better quality, came from china and looked exactly like ones sold on eBay for less than half the price.

I made an order for some jeans. I’ve checked the tracking number and the parcel is staying delivered. I’ve not received the parcel which means the courier has delivered it somewhere else. I’ve checked everywhere it may be and cannot locate it. I’ve emailed Svpply Studios 4 times for help and asked them to contact the courier to try and locate where they may have delivered it too but I’ve had no response. They have chosen to ignore me instead of trying to help. I’d advise to take your service elsewhere, who wants to buy from a company like that? Not me.

I have given 2 Stars purely based on the fact that my e-mails have been answered, but not with the answer I was looking for. I ordered a jacket to take with me on a short break away leaving Mon 17th May. SVPPLY stated 3-5 Working Days which was plenty of time as I ordered on Fri 7th May. However, it then told me 'AFTER' I had paid that delivery would be 5-7 Days??? As of yet according to my account/order online, it still hasn't been sent. Which now means I'm not going to get in time for the day I leave. When you pay £60+ for an item, you don't expect it to take this long. I've ordered items from China and they've only taken 10 days to arrive. Won't be using SVPPLY again and hopefully the jacket will be worth the wait.

I ordered for a pair of joggers since the 7th of July and up till now, I haven’t gotten my order, not even an update from them. I sent them an email on the 17th of July, and up till now they haven’t responded. Unless you need your order months after ordering, please don’t even bother ordering from this website!!!

Great product, fast shipping

Bought some checked trousers Monday morning, arrived today, packaged really nicely, fit great and feel really light, would definitely use again.

I spent around £50 on a pair of jeans as they they looked good quality in the pictures. First issue was the delivery, took around 3 weeks to arrive despite stating 3-5 days upon ordering. After querying the delivery I was told by the svpply customer service team that by law they had 28 days to deliver the goods, not the best response.
Anyway the goods arrived and looked ok, the jeans seemed to fit well enough, unfortunately after 2 days of wearing them the black Svpply tag on the back of the jeans was hanging off, I had to then cut the whole tag off as it was flapping around, not the best start.
I have now worn the jeans probably around 10 times over the 2 months since purchase and there are more issues, one of the belt loops stitching is coming away and I imagine this will come loose soon, there is also a lot of frayed stitching which I have to trim off with scissors around the waistline, I don't think these jeans will see out 6 months of casual wear, not what you would expect for the cost. All in all not a good experience and would not use again, you can get better quality and service for a lot less.
