I placed an order for one phone case on 17 January. To date, no order, no tracking, no response to four chaser/enquiry emails sent to them, no acknowledgement. Quick enough to take your money though. Such a shame.

I placed my order with Strgirl Avenue on January 2, 2026 after seeing their phone cases online. Today is February 24, 2026, and even after repeated attempts to contact customer service via email, through Instagram and Tiktok messaging and even with placing complaints with Shopify, I have yet to receive my order. There is no tracking number or shipping confirmation. This is absolutely abhorrent and by far the most horrendous online shopping experience I have ever had. Do not purchase with them! It is a scam!

On 31st December 2025, I ordered from this company, seeing their videos on TikTok, I was interested in their cases and thought they were trustworthy. However, it is now 16 February 2026 and I have not received my order. I have tried countless attempts to get in touch, but they have not replied once!! I am still trying to resolve this issue and have even got in touch with my bank. PLEASE AVOID SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS.
