We purchased 40 white folding chairs and trolley. Excellent service provided. They phoned to arrange a delivery date as soon as they received our order. The delivery came direct from them as agreed and the driver was extremely pleasant, polite and professional. They also followed up with a phone call to check all was as should be. They were so good that we will most certainly buy from them again in the near future.

I ordered wedding chairs and a tables from Strictly Tables, and Chais and the whole experience was excellent. Delivery to my country was very fast, much quicker than I expected. We ordered 30 Chiavari chairs and a trolley from Strictly Table and Chairs and we were very impressed. They have a huge range of furniture to choose from and our experience from ordering to delivery was excellent. It was a very easy transaction, with quick, friendly, prompt delivery. The chairs are beautiful and absolutely perfect for our outdoor wedding area. We would recommend this company to others and would definitely use them again.

I needed a few chairs to replace some old damaged ones we bought years ago, I couldn't find the exact match so assumed they were discontinued and ordered the closest match I could find. Very soon I got a phone call asking if I wanted them to match what I bought in 2019, and my order was amended. I am very impressed with the customer service.

First class service from Strictly chairs & tables. Queries were promptly responded to and answered fully with all the information required. The diamond aluminium chairs look stunning in the church hall and the lighter weight makes them easier to carry when setting up and clearing away. The best customer service I think I have ever received from a company! I needed to check the colouring of two of their chairs and they kindly took them out to sunlight so they could send me a video of them.

When I arrived and explained to them I would be ordering an uber to transport the 4 chairs to the station they all made sure that I was ok lifting them and Tony even went so far as to drop my down to the train station!

Phenomenal work, despite them being based a little far from me I will absolutely remember them the next time I'm in need of chairs or tables!

We needed to replace our 20 ageing dining chairs. Our requirement was for a stackable chair design with an attractive style and comfortable enough to sit in and enjoy a meal and relax with company.
Found this company by recommendation and Tony and Paul arranged for us to visit their premises and view some examples, even though they don't have a formal showroom.

Strictly Tables and Chairs offer great pricing and I consider the chairs an investment.

Once I’d placed my order, Sam gave me a call to discuss the finer details regarding order confirmation, delivery etc and the invoice was sent over efficiently.

I had a few questions which were answered well and I was treated with much kindness. Although only my first order, the customer service given gave me the impression I was already a valued customer.

I must also mention Tony who was ready to assist in answering my questions before putting me through to Sam. He had a polite tone and made it clear he was happy to help.

I’m now awaiting delivery of the chairs and I’m looking forward to future purchases from this company.
