I see previous reviews saying - "amazing customer service, this is such a good company, great to have worked with this person or that person..."
They are all valid, BUT, and here it comes.
DO NOT go for islamic mortgage with StrideUp.
Sure you may not pay interest on the mortgage but you will pay DOUBLE rent rates :) :) :) and so you will end up drying up your pockets because monthly costs will be 1.5 times higher if you go with strideup.
Standard mortgage you pay 4.6% interest but not rent
Strideup mortgage you pay 0% interest but you pay 7.85% rent on the remaining balance (how is that halal ???? )
Now, i will believe my money more than my religion. bye bye religion

Fantastic Service! Honestly, probably one of the best in the market. Advisor I spoke with was Mohammed Khan, he was professional, helpful and above all just a genuinely straight forward good character who helped and advised with no hassle. We got straight down to work and got things processed without any delay, what an asset to have in your company. I was looking for an Islamic finance for home purchase, halal option and he explained and covered all my concerns in relation to interest and conventional mortgages, let's just say I was satisfied everything strideup was doing and so pleased we have such options in the market.
