It was not possible from me to go to MG university due to lockdown restrictions. It was an emergency for me to get the transcript. I checked google and got to know about strobe. I contacted them and very quickly I got my transcript at home.

I approached these guys for my transcripts. All i asked was if they could check if they can add a few extra pointers as per the institution it needs to be sent to .
For 2 months i have got no useful feedback. When 5 customers are happy to pay you 8-10k , you would actually provide good service right? But these guys are just horrible at their service. In the end all they said was go to someone else. What a joke!!! You actually think i will waste a penny on your company? If you are providing a service learn to first value your customers. I ll make sure nobody I know uses your horrible service.
