I've ordered a few things from Strom over the years and the service is always top notch. Normally I get despatch notifications within an hour of ordering and my order always arrives next working day - if there are any issues (which there hasn't been), I know I can reach out and Rick and the team will try to put it right. I can't fault the quality or effectiveness of the products either, especially my most recent order of Focus Max which is really helping me deliver work items ready for the end of the tax year

Order did not arrive , courier said they attempted delivery , I have cctv outside my property no delivery was attempted, then after another couple days of chasing thy said they lost my package , I have been contacted strom sports via email for a week no response, their social media , no response and their website chat with no response, absolute scam, will be contacted my bank and action fraud for my refund

This brand is bad for integrity wise. They have a certain sponsor who have videos where she is contaminating gym equipments with her private parts. What do these people do? They won’t hold her accountable because she’s a “personal friend”. If u gonna be an OF girl , DO IT IN PRIVATE and bot at the gym where people are working out and shame on this brand for excusing such
