Good products but bad delivery experience
Great products, but the delivery was a terrible experience. It was late — scheduled for home delivery on December 6th but delivered on the 9th to a pickup point without any prior notice; the box was damaged also. Very poor experience with UPS.

These gluten free stroopwafels are delicious, the website to buy the gluten free sroopwafels was really easy to navigate and it's an absolute pleasure to have them in time for Christmas.
They were sent out quickly, although the shipping company took a few misses before actually getting them here, something I couldn't fault the parent company for, they arrived in good condition and the only issue was finding room to store them, not a bad complaint at all.
If you are also a coeliac or you are not eating gluten for any reason, I couldn't recommend these more, it's a wonderful treat, particularly for Christmas, but anytime of year, enjoy the good food.

Good product let down by delivery
Great that you make gluten-free stroopwafels. Unfortunately they were poorly packaged and arrived battered. Furthermore despite paying a lot of postage, the courier only tried our house one single time and then took them to a depot where I had to go and collect them - not too much of a problem for me but would not be acceptable for someone with mobility issues for instance.

your US subsidiary/ contractor swindled me out of my shipping and my coupon discount as a first time buyer very unhappy. I wrote out a long complaint but they probably suppressed it. I think you should find another different American distributor you have a very nice product this was the first time I bought anything from you too bad it was a bad experience.

"We do not deliver to a PO box."
My credit card address is a PO box, but I was using the "Ship to a different address" option to have my order sent to a physical address. However, the system still won't allow me to place an order because I had a PO box in the "Billing Details" section. I'm surely not the first person to have this issue with them.

Unfortunately, this is a known limitation at the moment. The good news is that this issue will be resolved in a system update planned for February next year. From that moment on, PO boxes will be fully supported as billing addresses without affecting shipping options.
