We had problems with our Skq Q box with the signal dropping out and showing as only 50% signal strength, so I browsed the web for local Satellite dish installers. I was pleased that I chose Stefan.
Initial communication was polite and I was given a quote that seemed a good price. The dish was re-aligned with the minimum of fuss, and of course a mask was worn when he came into the house to check the Sky Q Box was working.
The repair was fully successful, with the signal strength now up at 80%. There were no additional costs, so the quoted price was correct. He did say that if I continued to have problems, he would install a new 'LNB' but would deduct the cost of this visit.
