The struts for my Skoda arrived quickly but I had ordered the wrong part number. The return and refund was very easy and handled fast. The response and customer service from David was excellent and much appreciated.

I'm taking the time to post a review because I have received such excellent service from Struts Depot. I had ordered a pair of struts for my Honda Jazz last year, which were easy to fit and were working perfectly. But after about 10 months they began to fail and started making a noise. I contacted Struts Depot and David confirmed they came with a 3 year warranty and promptly arranged for a replacement pair to be sent out to me, which arrived within a few days.
The company doesn't ask for reviews, doesn't make a fuss and doesn't claim to be "award-winning" like so many other businesses. They just stick to the basics and give first class service. Highly recommended.

I bought a set of rear struts for my daughters hyundai i10 and must admit I wasn't expecting much...
Having bought 2 sets of struts for my Corsa D from Ebay and both sets failed to fully lift the rear hatch fully, but to my surprise they fitted and worked perfectly.
So I ordered myself yet another set for the Corsa and I'm happy to say they fit and work brilliantly and for less than £20 you can't go wrong.
Should also say how easy the website and ordering was, not to mention the delivery within a couple of days..... all in all a great company to deal with.

Brian was very responsive and quickly resolved my issue. I purchased a pair of boot struts from them but the struts get stuck halfway, so they replaced them for free.

Trusted company. Great prices. I bought a Volvo C30 about 2 yrs ago and one of the original Stabilus struts had just gone this week, hence needed to replace the pair as tailgate wouldn't stay up (bit of an issue when all your kayaking equipment goes in back). Ordered from Struts Depot and got them within 48hrs, with a tracking number. Job done. Excellent customer service and email notifications. Use them for all tailgate struts etc. Would definitely use again.

I wasn't sure what to buy online, so I phoned them. The chap was super helpful and patient. I read the part number from the strut in the boot, he gave me the details what to search for on the site. When I mentioned getting it fitted at the garage he explained that the ends prize off with a flat headed screw driver, and I'd be able to do it. And he was right. Have just replaced my struts, and I now have a quiet and self opening boot whoop whoop. No more groans! Very happy, as is my neighbour

Needed to replace boot struts for my tin-top convertible. Easily found Struts depot to be the easiest site to find good quality struts, actually in stock, and for a good price. Plus 48 hour delivery - Great service!

Arrived quickly and very happy with the struts as expected

Great service. Needed new struts for my Toyota Yaris. I was a bit concerned that I might order the wrong struts. Clicked on "Car Struts", typed in my reg, bingo. They cost about £20. With advice from YouTube I was able to fit the new struts in about 10 minutes. All you need is the right flat head screwdriver and something to hold the hatch up while you change things. They work a treat. No more banging my head on the tailgate.

I wasn't quite sure what part was the correct part for my car, so I emailed and had a very prompt response advising me. Easy ordering and prompt delivery. I am delighted to say part has now been fitted to my car so I am one happy customer. Keep up the good work

First time I have used Strutsdepot. The price, warranty and free delivery were attractive. I checked out the reviews, not so many on Trustpilot, but I read others, and I rang the company.
From my initial enquiry, to placing the website order (Tuesday), with delivery today (Thursday) by Royal Mail, I cannot fault them.
Strutsdepot went on to provide excellent support when the first struts proved under-powered. They quickly issued replacement struts which are fitted and working perfectly.
The hiccup only confirms my choice of Strutsdepot was a good choice. All in all, a great outcome.

I've got a super king ottoman bed and added a mattress topper. The bed still opened but unfortunately due to the additional weight did not remain open. I looked on Amazon but wasn't sure what to purchase and then came across the StrutsDepot website after searching.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Brian who, after I had confirmed various measurements to him, talked me through exactly what I needed. He could have sold me a whole unit but only sold me exactly what was required and it worked a treat. Bed frame now remains open so that I can access the contents.

Terrible customer service, needed advice on installation of the items I purchased from the company- they said they weren’t an engineering company so they can’t give advice. Aka. the guy didn’t have a clue or just couldn’t be asked to help.
Turns out they sent me the wrong item (although, the calculation of what I needed was done by them having send photos and drawings) so emailed them but fallen on blind eyes and deaf ears. 100 quid wasted and two weeks delay on my little project because of their slackness.

Needed gas struts for my wife’s Audi. Wasn’t sure of the part but they guys at strutsdepot were very helpful. Very quick to answer queries and speedy dispatch. Would highly recommend.

Purchased for Honda Civic MK8 Hatchback 2005-2011 Tailgate / Boot Struts (Pair), great price and great service, and easy to fit. One happy customer.
