Edward Church of the Canterbury office having taken over from another Estate Agent managed a complicated probate estate sale. After a lack of interest in the sale as a whole he devised a 3 lot plan that has, with his patience and persistence delivered a result. We selected Strutt and Parker because we liked the clear market insights and the realistic approach to marketing our house, offered by Aaron Turner at our initial meeting.
Once selected Aaron Turner was directly responsible for acting on our sale, but he did so much more, working to coordinate agents and solicitors above and below us in the chain, as well as keeping communications open and frequent with our buyers even when things went temporarily wrong in the chain.
