This transaction was extremely user-friendly with no snags!

We loved our balcony seats to see Les Miserables. The musical was amazing. Next time we go to Cadallic Palace, we would like to sit on the main floor. But the first row balcony seats were great! We had a wonderful view of the stage!

I was nervous about buying resale tickets for a concert 4hrs away by flight but researched on what to look for and chose the recommended i.e. “instant download”, etc as well as found a seller not looking to become wealthy off of a resale and while there still wasn’t a way to 100% know until the point that we were walking through security I’d been getting Ticketmaster update on the StubHub bought tickets as well as had them in my Apple wallet ready to mobile scan not with the normal QR but with proximity tap. Some buyers had unfortunately been double sold on seats and it was whole thing but all ticket holders of resale tickets had been told that if you weren’t alerted by a certain date that you hadn’t been double sold and that date came and went further building confidence in the validity of the tickets. I’d still prefer to not buy resale but had no choice in this case and with the right advice given it went off without a hitch!

I would give them a zero if your system would let me. Stubhub cancelled three sales after confirming the tickets I tried to sell were received by the buyers and the StubHub charged me all of the fees. Tried to resolve this with their customer service center for more than a month now, but keep getting scripted unhelpful responses. Despite assurances that my concerns were escalated for priority review, they repeatedly confirmed they had not been escalated and the repeated assurances of a follow up within 72 hours has proven to be a joke. In the meantime StubHub pocketed money from both the buyer and seller. The entire process borders on criminal.

Chris Stapleton and Lainey Wilson were great but are seats were horrible. You could only see the stage if you were in the front or parts of the sides. There were no monitor screens on even tho there was a huge one at the stadium, very disappointed.☹️

Easy identification of the ticket to looking for very simple booking process. Tickets were delivered well in advance of the weekend with no issues. Even the price was pretty good first class.

I bought tickets for an event date less than a week away. Tickets arrived very timely. Price was fair.

I was able to purchase tickets from a seller through StubHub when many other sites had the event sold out. Tickets were transferred within hours and had no issues entering the venue. Great experience! A+

I enjoyed the Carole King Musical very much. However, the parking I purchased was undesirable. It was not near the Hobby Center enough, and there were lots of homeless people around, so it did not feel safe at all. I ended up not parking there, and parked in the Theater District parking adjacent to the theater instead.

I was able to find tickets securely. Every time I reached out for assistance, whether by chat or call, I was reassured and my inquiry was ultimately dealt with. My tickets were transferred before the due date and there were no issues at the event.

Always a safe place to buy tickets

It has been 43 years since I last saw Journey. I was told that Arnel sounded just like Steve Perry. This is not true. The show had very high energy but I understand why they are hanging it up, despite adding about 25 more shows. At least, I can say, "I was there."

Ticket transfer for the game was easy. Parking pass made it easy to park. The parking lot was easy to get to and close to stadium.
