The application process and required documentation are all electronic, secure, easy and all in one website, not too many emails, fax or physical emails. Also see loan application progress clearly by logging to the secure website.
This was the worst loan process I have ever experienced. I have great credit score so does my daughter. The denied all my daughters documents her diploma transcripts her employment and so on. Even there loan experts couldn’t understand what was going on. I needed 3 years worth of taxes and 3 months of pay stubs. I refinanced my house easier than refinancing 20,000 in student loan with both parties making a good income. I would look elsewhere. The also payed off the other loan to much so now we have wait for the refund. Worst loan experience ever.

It took several weeks (months) to get my son's loan approved. I would never recommend this company for refinancing.
