Disrespectful recruiter communication
I recently applied for a simple part-time job via this website. I have received an email from one of the recruiters of studentjob.nl. The email itself was clear enough even though the person writing evidently hasn't read my CV and the reasoning of the recruiter had nothing to do with the subject of the email . The problem was the subject of the email. It was called "The 'you-have-too-little-experience' email". It is absolutely disrespectful to send such an email subject. It is evident that this has been an internal communication to identify potential applicants in a very unprofessional work environment and that the recruiter was dreaming above the clouds rather than doing the simplest of the work in the world which is sending a decent email. Absolute shame on such unprofessional behavior of making fun of people...
