Kauf dort niemals!

Kauf dort niemals!
Mein Mann hat mir vor 3 Tagen ein Oberteil und eine Tasche aus Studio 163 geschenkt – leider hat weder die Größe noch der Stil gepasst. Heute wollte er es zurückbringen, doch das Geschäft weigert sich, die Artikel zurückzunehmen – trotz gesetzlichem 14-tägigem Widerrufsrecht! Statt Rückerstattung gab es nur einen Gutschein.

Weder auf der Rechnung noch in den AGBs steht etwas über Ausschluss der Rückgabe. Keine Info beim Kauf, nichts schriftlich – absolut unprofessionell und kundenunfreundlich!

Wir gehen die Sache jetzt mit dem Anwalt durch.
Achtung – Finger weg von diesem Laden!
