I don't normally put bad reviews up but I just had to for this reason Can't comment on the product as I did not receive because it was sent to iceland instead of Ireland ok its a mistake that can be sorted I sent an email to find out what's going to happen as it was almost 2 weeks later from when I ordered I tried to get it reordered could not get cooperate from the person I was in contact with anyways I won't bore you with the details but the abuse I got down the phone for emailing several times to get it sorted was jaw dropping telling me we don't want your business I asked to speak with the manager and I was told I am the owner wow how can someone run a business with that amount of customer care skills no apology or we will get this sorted I'm still in shock the most unprofessional owner I have ever dealt with I have to say

Delivery did end up in Iceland. Missorted by Royal Mail as part of the handling process. Customer then sent various emails through the week, which became gradually more demanding, despite an auto responder that stated we had one member of staff left doing everything at the moment and that email response would be at least 48 hours and a faster response would be achieved via our what's app. Customer accused us of ignoring when it was simply a complete lack of staff resources to respond in the time that they deemed acceptable. We have been absolutely flat out with just one member of staff, and all our customers have been kind, empathetic and understanding even if any mistakes have been made, except this one customer. Seemed to think we were just incompetent and hiding behind the covid 19 situation. Absolutely astounding, and other reviews will back up our attention to customer service if we are just treated with a tiny bit of respect ourselves.
Impressive customer service
Great customer service especially fast response when I had an enquiry. Even with all the disruption to businesses just now due to covid 19 service was of high standard. Will definately use studio 58 again.

Course looks good, theory, video clear easy to follow, I like it. Only I was expected natural hair training head and extensions. Head is made from syntetinc hair but quite good quality.

What a rip off
What a rip off, all that money for a minuscule thing, bit of tape no more than a 1cm width, that isn't even up to any job, so disapointed, as it was advertised as super strength.

The tape is EXACTLY the correct width to fit all standard tape hair extensions produced bu any hair factory, and there is enough on the roll to re-tape a full head of tape extensions. We supply the tape to multiple salons and professional individuals and use on our own clients in our own fittings, all with no issues regarding adherence. Of course, if being used by a non qualified professional issues can occur
