Literally I am sold! My Dutch colleague at work told me about your brand and I thought I would try it out. From the moment I logged onto your website it felt like coming home! I am a “normal sized” and tall girl who whenever I buy anything clothing from any other brand, except a few, I always feel enormous. When I ordered the shorts from you and tried them on at home I literally said out loud “beautiful clothes for normal sized people”! My Dutch colleague is now my favourite person in the entire world and I do not plan to buy my clothes from anywhere other than Studio A!

You will not get your money back

Wat jammer dat de maat niet goed paste. Ik begrijp dat het vervelend kan zijn als een artikel niet aan je verwachtingen voldoet.
Wat betreft de retourkosten: deze zijn altijd voor eigen rekening, omdat we de impact op het milieu zo klein mogelijk willen houden. Dit zorgt ervoor dat klanten bewuster zijn van hun aankopen, wat uiteindelijk leidt tot minder retourzendingen.
De kadobon die je hebt ontvangen is inderdaad niet om te zetten naar geld, maar je kunt hem gebruiken voor een toekomstige aankoop in onze webshop.
Mocht je vragen hebben of hulp nodig hebben bij het vinden van iets dat wel past, laat het ons dan gerust weten via webshop@studioanneloes.nl.

Volgens onze voorwaarden is het inderdaad zo dat de retourkosten voor eigen rekening zijn. Dit wordt vermeld op onze website en bij het retourneren van producten.
Daarnaast is het natuurlijk ook belangrijk om een bevestigingsmail te ontvangen wanneer je een pakket terugstuurt.
Onze excuses als je die bevestigingsmail niet hebt ontvangen. Dit hoort uiteraard wel zo te zijn, en we zullen dit intern nakijken om ervoor te zorgen dat dit probleem zich niet opnieuw voordoet.
