We truly appreciate your feedback regarding our pricing. To give you some insight, our concept is built on offering a completely free photography session with no obligation to buy. We chose this model so that no family ever has to pay for a service unless they are 100% satisfied with the final result.

The price of our digital and physical products covers much more than just the image itself. It includes:
* Professional wages and travelling costs for our skilled photographers.
*High-end equipment and technical maintenance.
* Coordination and planning with the local stores.
* Production costs, shipping, and 25% VAT etc.
As far as we know, we are unique in the industry for offering this "no-strings-attached" service, and we constantly strive to balance high quality with fair pricing.

Hi! How sad that you did not appreciate our free photo service with no purchase requirement. Children's photography is a collaboration between photographer and parents and unfortunately we do not always manage to live up to the parents' sometimes unreasonable expectations. We regret that we were not successful with your pictures. If you think the images are off-center, you can easily crop them in your image account the way you want them.The great thing about our service is that if you are not satisfied, you do not have to pay anything. Our goal is of course to succeed every time because without payment we would not be able to afford to pay our hard-working freelance photographers.
Unfortunately, I have to correct you. We do not send pictures home without agreement. You are also wrong when you write that you have to pay for the picture package that you have received for viewing. You can return it completely free of charge if you do not want it. You could also have canceled it when you saw the pictures online after the photo.
I think your judgment is harsh because we performed a service for you completely free of charge and produced and sent pictures to you that you can decide at home in peace and quiet whether you want to buy or not.

Hej! För det första så hittar jag inget namn i vår kunddatabas med ditt namn. För det andra så kan jag inte förstå vad du tycker är scam med detta erbjudande. Vi är Helt öppna och tydliga i all kommunikation inför fotograferingen under fotograferingen och efter fotograferingen om att den sker helt utan kostnad och utan krav på köp. Är man sedan nöjd med bilderna har man möjlighet att köpa hur mycket eller lite man vill. Man kan till och med få hem bilderna för att titta på dem först innan man bestämmer sig om man vill behålla dem eller returnera dem. Kan jämställas med att du får gå till frisören men betala endast efteråt om du blev nöjd, Hur mycket eller hur litet du vill. Kan du också jämföra med att du låter någon måla om hela ditt hus men du betalar bara för den tjänsten om du blev nöjd med slutresultatet. Det finns som sagt inget oärligt Med denna kundvänliga modell utan snarare tvärtom. Man riskerar inte att behöva betala för en tjänst som man kanske inte blev nöjd med.
