I LOVED them years ago. Their stuff is awesome and never had issues. Until I tried ordering something for my new ipad. They sent the wrong item, I returned it, and I never got a refund for the wrong item after returning it. Nor did I get a replacement of the correct item. They are NEVER online nor do they respond to emails and they don't have a phone number. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Wonderful case to attach Apple AirTags to my dogs’ collars. The ordering process was easy from start to finish. Product is sturdy and well designed. This company has no decency. They robbed my $500. They did not send me the ipad nor refund my money. What is going on? Are we living in Australia or a 3rd world country?
Every time someone name Natalie reply to my email after 2 weeks with an approval for refund but it's over 5 months and no refund yet.

Unfortunately my father was tricked into ordering 2 iPads in mid Sept 2021. They have not been delivered. A refund was requested however there was no response from the email address provided. There is no physical address or phone number available. There are 'employees' profiled on LinkedIn. The 'founder' Alon Tamir responded once with a generic note that he will escalate the issue and has since gone silent. Please stay away from these people. I spoke with Apple who confirmed this company is NOT an Authorised Apple Reseller.
Scam company with a fancy website.
I wish I’d read these reviews earlier, bought into their “Apple Certified” dealer BS and fancy website. Unfortunately it seems that’s where they spends all their time and money when really it should go to investing in their customer service and logistics.
I pre-ordered their dog tag 8 Sep, with a promised fulfilment of 30 Sep. I actually even forgot I ordered this because they don’t send you updates (no logistics). I don’t mind waiting for production, but the lack of an update is just an example of their crap customer service.
I finally followed up on 7 Oct after I remembered, cue their crappy customer service. Automated email that promised a response within 3-5 days. 10 days later no updates, no shipping information.
I’m lucky I only spent $30, feel bad for the customer who spent hundreds of dollars. I’ve sent them multiple emails now, even contacted them via Insta but honestly who knows if I’ll receive a response. I wonder how Apple would feel about their reviews.

I have purchased an IPAD 9th generation $485 on 29th September through After pay. After pay deducted my first instalment and second instalment is due in few days. No response from Studio proper not even provided receipt confirmation when I submit the request .Try to contact through their support team so far thrice they have a system generated email We're seeing a large increase in enquiries lately, but I'm working hard to respond to all customer emails as quickly as possible! Please allow 3-5 business days for a reply. contact After pay they are advising to contact merchant . I would not suggest this merchant base on my experience .

They have taken $485 AUD for an IPAD 9 and become unresponsive.
I used the company in good faith, however, this was in no way returned.
Not only do they not answer emails, but they also do not have a phone number to call.
I sent them my phone number asking them to call me, and nothing.
Checking up on the web I called a Sydney number that turned out to be a Steel business.
Chatting to the reception they have had endless calls starting six months or so ago.
The story was always the same, paid for an IPad and did not receive it.
Oh dear, steer clear.

Did not fit and havent heard back in 3 days
I was assured that the case I purchase would fit my ipad Air (4th gen). After receiving my package a month later, it did not fit. Following there return/exchange intrusions, I have reach out to their support team but have yet to hear back from them (3 days and counting). I understand that these are unprecedented and that this might have just been an unfortunate human error on Studio Proper's end but I am hesitant on purchasing another case fearing that I'll be stuck waiting another month for a case that again will not fit. PLEASE HELP. Exchange my product or return my money!!!
Quick to take money but no stock
Made a purchase on 24/3/21 and still not received. I’ve emailed twice to which I get a reply saying they’re experiencing delays with suppliers.
If this is the case and they don’t actually have stock then why are the products still in stock on their website?

I ordered a $480 iPad 9th March for my daughter’s 10th birthday which states
5-7 days delivery on tax receipt
but it’s yet to arrive or any tracking information given whatsoever.
I have emailed support many , many times and been given different excuses and now they have stopped replying to my last two emails demanding a response or I will take action. I have never experienced this with any online dealings before and I’m terrified that my daughter’s birthday money is gone.
Why do they not have a contact number?
I will be going to consumer affairs and taking this as far as I can go. I will not be buying from sites like this in the future!
