Since I’m out of Norway at the moment
Since I’m out of Norway at the moment, I asked the customer service if they could exceptionally ship to Denmark. They first agreed for it last week, and pressured us to rush the purchase before the weekend. The jacket I wanted to purchase was a gift for my fiancée, and we were happy to have the opportunity to finally get it. However at the moment of placing our order, the website was not fixed as they promised, and we were not able to purchase and make it shipped to Denmark. The customer service promised it would be fixed on Monday, which wasn’t. I then tried to find a solution, an address of friend I could ship to in Norway. Then when reached out to customer service this morning to get an update, the jacket was out of stock, as someone mysteriously purchased it despite the fact it was supposed to be set aside for us.
This was a waste of my time, 5 days for a jacket, plus the fact that I had to do the work of customer service by myself. Disappointing, it would be smart to start think out of the box if you want your customers to be happy.
