The computer box was left in front of…
The computer box was left in front of my door quite carelessly. I didn't even sign, as the person left before I opened the door. The computer has some issues for such an expensive computer, especially flickering of the screen and sometimes, when I'm using some streaming services the screen stops. The battery also finishes faster than I was anticipating.

Delivery was "unsuccessful" (there was no attempt to deliver the product) and cycling from the pick up point with a huge parcel was problematic.
