Ordered 4 weeks ago, no email reply

I have previously ordered trousers from here a year ago and all was ok.
I ordered 2 pairs of shorts 4 weeks ago and still have not received. I have emailed and no reply. Frustrating as it’s summer and my child needs these for school! He has sensory issues and I cannot find any others suitable elsewhere.

Wrong alterations.

Ordered a pair of boys pants from this school uniform supplier. My lads a bit bigger than most so chose to have them altered (he’s 27” inside leg and ordered the alterations for a 29” IL to allow for growth meaning they’d just fit without looking too baggy rn). The pants arrived today (date of review) and I had him try them on after school, too long. Checked the inside leg measurement and it’s 30” not 29”. £35 for a pair of pants that haven’t been altered correctly that he’s unlikely to grow into proportionally and can’t be returned (a condition of the companies alteration service). One other thing is that alterations seriously affect delivery times but this is not mentioned anywhere on the product page of the website only a separate section regarding alterations and delivery. No idea whether their non-altered garments are good but as far as alterations go I wouldn’t order from them again. You’re better finding a local seamstress/alteration company if you can.

If the alteration was incorrect and we had been notified of the situation, we would have firstly apologised for any inconvenience this may have caused you, then secondly provided free postage to return the trousers to be rectified at our own expense. Alteration timescales of 7-14 days is clearly stated on the website at point of order and reaffirmed in your order confirmation. Trousers that have been altered are non returnable as they have been customised to your own requirements. We always suggest ordering standard, non, altered trousers first to ensure the fit is correct before ordering garments with alterations that can’t be returned.
We are sorry that we weren’t given the opportunity to put this right for you as all we want is for kids to be happy and confident in comfortable clothing.
