Payment Delays & Terrible Customer Service
I’ve had one of the worst experiences with this company. My payment has been delayed, and every time I reach out, I get the same generic response: “We’re waiting on the payment provider.”
I was promised that once verification was complete, my payment would be sent—yet here I am, still waiting. The support team provides inconsistent and misleading information, and instead of taking responsibility, they just keep stalling.
This level of incompetence and lack of urgency is unacceptable, especially when it comes to people’s money. If you value reliable payments and responsive customer service, stay away from this platform.
Absolutely would not recommend to anyone.

Extremely Slow Payments & Poor Customer Support
I have had an unacceptable experience with this company regarding my payment. My funds have been delayed for over two weeks, despite being assured multiple times that the issue would be resolved.
The lack of transparency and accountability is frustrating. Every time I contact support, I receive vague responses blaming their payment provider, with no real action taken. I was promised that once verification was completed, the money would be sent—yet, I am still waiting.
Additionally, the communication is poor, with long response times and no urgency to resolve the issue. I expected professionalism and efficiency, but instead, I have faced endless delays and excuses.
I strongly do not recommend using this platform if you expect timely payments and good customer service. They do not take responsibility for their own processes, and the user is left in limbo.

Fraud and customer service avoiding me
There are fraudulent copyright documents being sold by sellers. I have contacted stuvia via live chat and their emails but they are blantantly ignoring my queries as they just want quick money although some are fraudulent documents. I have spent weeks trying to report this with them but they are avoiding me so I will have to take further action

NEED STUVIA REFUND LINK
Can you please provide a legitimate refund link for Stuvia? I did not download the material I purchased. I am only returning because the material was not enough content. Every time I hit a link provided by Stuvia for refund it goes to an unrecognizable Trengo.com site. So frustrating.
Update: The Stuvia refund link you provided worked. Unlike, the online search engine link. I received a timely email for a refund. However, that refund was initially applied as Stuvia account credit. I had to respond to that email requesting that my refund be applied to my original form of payment as there was no option how to apply my refund when filling out for the refund. With that said, I received another timely email stating that my refund would be changed to my original form of payment and should be processed in 10 business days. I am changing my review rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. Thank you for resolving my refund matter timely.

It's a great way to make some extra cash, ive made 70 pounds over a year (its slow but works) Also youll probably wana advertise your notes in student spaces online. They cash out money every Monday but it takes banks about 3 days to process it. Theres also a 10 pound minimum withdrawal requirement.
