The girl who works incredibly hard as…

The girl who works incredibly hard as one woman holding everything down. From managing emails, taking pictures, wrapping…she does it all.

Seen a few negative comments which is upsetting to read.

I just want to say thank you for all my purchases, I’ve never been disappointed and always will support SBM. The quality and the fun videos you share on socials being honest on sizing etc!

Keep it going girl, keep bringing the new styles always!

I feel I have to write this after…

I feel I have to write this after seeing some of the comments on Mey’s Instagram. I have ordered quite a few items over the years and never had a problem. Items have arrived quickly, they are as advertised (gorgeous) and the little touches that go into the packaging, like the stickers show real effort! Everyone has the right to ask questions on their items but the abuse it’s way too much. Choose kindness people!

I have been chasing up my order for 2…

I have been chasing up my order for 2 weeks now, finally got a response yesterday with an attitude that she had more important things to be doing than replying to her paying customers.
Bear in mind she was still posting over these two weeks, of her ‘lifestyle’ all over the business page but just ignoring my queries.
Not only was she rude, she lied that my order had been sent to the wrong address & she had to get it back then resend it - even if that was the case, surly you would inform your customer not make them chase you to find out what’s going on.
I’ve still not received the goods I paid for & I noticed today that she has blocked me.
So unprofessional & misleading. DO NOT ORDER FROM HER.
Clearly doesn’t know how to run a business & has NO MORALS. Takes peoples money quick enough but doesn’t have the common decency to deliver the service she is portraying.
She’s a fraud.

This lady thought it was appropriate to share my daughters information on her open business account & slag her off for defending me for not fulfilling her business duties. So unprofessional & wrong.

Was skeptical about ordering from here as on Instagram seen the odd comment asking about orders not being received.

I thought I would give this company the Benefit of the doubt.

NEVER AGAIN! Item was never delivered and no reply via email.

Avoid, won’t be ordering again

After following Mey on instagram for a while I finally ordered a satin skirt which I absolutely loved. I had followed Mey for a long time and thought her clothes were gorgeous , and wanted to support an independent small . She seemed genuine and lovely also.
After wearing the skirt twice, before washing I spotted a part of the hem had started to fray. I politely emailed and just let her know and to see if there was anything she could do. I was patient with the reply. I understood it may be a while as she may not have a whole team dealing with emails etc.
I got a response apologising for the delay and that she would send me out a new one free of charge. She checked the address, and let
Me know it would be sent out right away.
Since then, no confirmation email of this, I decided to again give her the benefit of the doubt and be patient.
A few weeks later I email to follow this up. Again no response, I’ve send multiple emails politely wondering where the replacement is, DM’s on instagram. No skirt sent, no response. I get it, small business. But don’t say you are going to send when you clearly aren’t. And don’t post instagram stories when customers have no response?
It’s a real shame, I actually loved the skirt and loved that it’s one size and received so
Many compliments and questions where I got it. I ordered the skirt with the intention of ordering every one in every colour if the fit was right! I won’t order again from styled by Mey out of principle. It’s no way to treat your customers.

Wish I had read the reviews before I…

Wish I had read the reviews before I even ordered anything. I ordered two items and only one was delivered. I emailed customer service last week about my missing order and I was told that it was going to be sent to me for next day delivery on Monday and it's Friday and I still haven't got it. Will never order anything from StyledByMey again.

Understand running own business can be hard and probably not got a team to help but this is a retailer I wouldn’t recommend. The level of customer service is appalling, yet to receive any acknowledgement from email regarding missing order from 28 October 2023. Have now informed Klarna since payment is due for item haven’t received.

My first return apparently arrived empty. My second return has not been refunded or acknowledged. This person is running a business while working full time. The Admin is clearly out of control however, Instagram posts are hourly advertising ones life! Would just be nice to get a response one day

Absolutely appalling

Having ordered from Styledbymey previously, and been very happy with the quality of items, it makes it even more frustrating that I have had an appalling experience this time round. I returned an order (worth over £120) and Mey's courier of choice (Yodel) lost my return. When contacting Styledbymeys customer service, they asked for my proof of postage and order number over a month ago, I have sent 5 emails since, being ignored every time. Legally the seller is responsible for the goods once I have posted them back if proof of postage has been provided. I contacted Mey directly via Instagram, in which she responded promptly and I had some hope that she was going to help me. She asked me to give her one hour to investigate, never came back to me and has ignored every message since. I do not understand how a company like this is still running, as I have seen very similar reviews on other sites. Absolutely disgusting.

Poor customer service and no refund provided

I have previously had okay experiences with this small business (albeit slow response times and charges for both delivery and returns), however, my most recent experience was quite frankly appalling. I returned an item and then Mey's courier of choice (Yodel) lost my return. I reached out to Mey and she told me it was Yodel's issue and I would have to reach out to Yodel. I did this and I sent my reply from Yodel over to Mey. Long story short, Yodel could not find my parcel, Mey has ignored my emails and I am now left with no item and no refund. I sought advice from citizens advice and they informed me that legally the seller is responsible for the goods once I have posted them back (I had proof of postage which I also provided). I posted my return on 28th Feb and my last email I sent was 10th April and I still have no reply. It's a shame as the brand has some nice pieces but I will not be ordering from her again and I have warned my family and friends who also follow her page.

Can’t get hold of them about refund

Saw this company via Instagram ~ really liked her style so ordered a dress for Christmas party.
Dress arrived stinking of cigarettes and the glitter off this dress was all over the house. I’ve never had this before when ordering over glittery clothing ~ it was like it was just glued on..

But anyway, I tried emailing about the return as couldn’t return via the method they use as I’m in rural wales.
So finally got a return POBOX.
Sent the item back early December and I’ve been emailing ever since about my refund.. to no avail.

And it seems like standard practice when looking at the Instagram photo comments ~
I just want a refund, it’s not hard
