I ordered 2 pairs of shoes I’ve emailed them 2 time and I haven’t got a reply nor have I received the shoes

They have received two stars because what I received was great. But I needed to return a garment and they have ignored all communication in order for me to do so. Disappointed.

Recent purchase of shoes.. should have come here to check first!! They don't reply to emails or messages.

I got a refund, but had to go there in person in May 2024

** Do not use** I received the wrong item, very poor quality. no paperwork with goods, no refund process online, the 'returns button' is missing. They don't respond to any emails, telephone calls or messages. They do not offer any return or refund service. items not as described and incredibly cheap market stall quality.

I’d avoid this company they don’t send the items out and then when you try get a refund they ask you for your bank details even though their reunify policy said it’s done automatically. Why should I have to send my bank details to a random email address. Shock no refund. It’s a scam company. Avoid!!!!

Ordered a jumper off this website in May, after about 11 days, it finally arrived. The jumper didn’t suit me so I sent back. I read Style Heist return policy and promptly returned the parcel the next day. After hearing nothing after two weeks, I emailed them and in return they gave lousy excuses trying to claim that I didn’t send the jumper back within the returns policy! I did! I even have the receipt from the post office. Again, no refund, so a week later I emailed again, only to hear another excuse of saying I have returned a jumpsuit instead of my jumper?! Absolutely appalling customer service, definitely not worth your money and will never order off this website again. I’ve still no refund! What a joke.
