AVOID! bad tailoring, and terrible customer service!
I ordered nearly £200 of clothes from Mati, made to my measurements that I supplied them with. On arrival, none of them fit me! They had been tailored as if for a pregnant person, with a large amount of excess fabric at the front bulging. Obviously I was very disappointed, so I contacted them to return the defective clothes. They were very rude to me, and said multiple times that I must have just given them the wrong measurements, and that the clothes must fit me if not. Obviously they don't fit me, they look like a tent at the front! They have refused to accept them as a return, or give me a refund. Avoid this company if you're buying from outside of India - they're now saying that they don't accept any returns from overseas at all. I don't think they know how to make clothes for anyone who isn't thin as a rake, so even if you're ordering from somewhere they will accept returns from, don't waste your time if you're not a size 0. Terrible! Would give 0 stars if it would let me!
