Ordered a e-gift card. Never received it although email indicated was correct. Had to engage in long time-wasting back and forth to receive the gift card. Didn’t get it in time for the birthday it was for which led to an uncomfortable situation. E-cards are supposed to be the easiest, most straightforward thing you can order, especially when you’re tight on time for a present.
No commercial gesture was offered after all the trouble and present was ruined as had to be sent after the event

Several things not happy about
Several things not happy about. I had ordered an item and submitted my payment. About an hour later received an email stating order cancelled. And money should return to my account few days
I Was worried the item would sell out again so placed a second order, never receving another email that the first was no longer cancelled.
Get shipment confirmation and receive two of the same packages, even though one was supposedly cancelled. Emailed took few days to hear back, had said needed to contact customer service, had I waited my may have missed on item. Then said yes can return but I have to pay for shipping. Offered coupon for future order, but dissatisfied in a computer error that I still haven't found out why was said cancelled but I was charged and shipped items.
While the sweatshirt is great quality, the pants seem very thin for the price. Overall not very happy

Liars. Scammers.
Subdued’s website stated that duty fee for online orders was paid already. They lied, it wasn’t.
We were sent threatening letters by DHL demanding payment or recovery action would be taken if we didn’t pay the duty fee.
Avoid this bunch of cowboys. They have taken six weeks so far to not refund the £49.61 we paid on duty fee to DHL.
