SUBITO.IT no more!
First and last time I buy something from subito… the 40 plates I bought arrived in a thin box with 3/4 of the items broken. I took video and pictures and immediately sent them to subito. THEIR response was SLOW and required ME to REPACK the items in a secure way and RESEND them back, costing me time, money and AGGRAVATION. I believe I should have not been required to do all this work due to the sender’s poor job and intelligence in sending their product inadequately. I am deleting this app and will continue to use e-bay. Buyers BEWARE of subito!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING SOMETHING OFF OF SUBITO.IT!!! At least not by mail.

Obscurity
The telephone number verification is out of order on the webpage, and therefore, I cannot complete the registration. There is neither technical support nor a guide of resolveing the issue. It seems quite exclusive for a certain kind of contacts, and outsiders cannot get in.

Subito as an idea isn't bad
Subito as an idea isn't bad, but the experience with people is terrible. No one is ever clear of the product status, most of the times the photos are fake, edited or not detailed. People are just greedy and tend to scam. Subito doesn't really help you at all, they just get the money.
