Submarine Safaris lanzarote

Submarine Safaris lanzarote, absolute joke did not pick us up from our hotel when we called them they said they was on the way so me my husband and 2 young boys wait in 32 degree heat no shade for 30 mins call them again to get told we wasn’t there in time with everyone else, we told them how long we had waited they then changed it to the coach left early my poor boys were left crying. We caught a taxi as suggested by the team and made it to get stared at by all the employees who work in the shop everyone was rude in there absolutely disgusting AVOID!! Your in the sub for 1hr cost us £230 absolute rip off don’t waste your time

Cow boys!

Cow boys!! Take your deposit and booking, they then do not turn up to pick you up as agreed. Completely ruin the experience by not turning up or ringing us to update us on what was happening

Poor experience.

Poor experience.

Had been looking forward to sharing this underwater experience with my kids. Unfortunately we ended up with a lot of endless waiting in queues with no information about why at the time. Turns out later that there is some inspection of their divers. We are offered coffee while we wait, but we have to abandon said coffee to hurry to yet another queue with seemingly pointless waiting.

In the end no divers joined us on our trip, which detracted considerably. No offers of discounts. Visibility under water wasn’t that good. A ridiculously over-priced experience for what we got. :-(
