You tricked me, sold me a defective jersey
You guys pulled a fast one on me. You had a Barcelona Lamine Yamal jersey on Sale and did not indicate that it was defective, or at least not up to standard. The name on the back was not placed properly.
I would like a partial refund as this has been the worst experience I've had with you guys, and I've been buying from you for 10+ years.

Thank you Sarah for a five star performance getting my Croatian top to me and updating postage to 24hr so that it got to me before I fly out to the US. Fantastic quality with player name and numbers. Hi, apologies for this problem, I have asked our customer service team to contact you directly again on this matter tomorrow. We only use Royal Mail tracked services for UK deliveries and they insist that the item has been delivered on their tracking window. We have requested proof of this delivery from them, but this can take a few days to receive a response.

Great service and Value
The kit I was looking for was sold out everywhere and scalpers were charging extreme prices, but Subside didn't try take advantage and sold it for retail and allowed a discount as well. The item arrived right on time, and I couldn't be happier.

Football for sons 8th Birthday
I needed the purchase for my sons 8th birthday. I called to see when the order would be delivered and explained the situation. The kit was waiting to have his name put on the shirt and the lady kindly arranged for this to be done quickly to ensure that his kit was delivered in time for his birthday - great service !!
