I have ordered two laptop chargers from the shop - wasn't sure which one is better in my case. Then returned one of them via post and received a refund. Almost everything went smooth. The only small problem was that after an email notification from subtel that the refund process has started, the refund did not reach me within several weeks. However, after I alerted them to the problem, they reacted quickly and the refund reached me within a few days.

Tried buying a ac battery adapter for my BP-DC12 battery. On their website it clearly says the product replaces the battery BP-DC12 even if it says that it is a panasonic product. So if someone reads quickly they most likely will purchase the wrong battery. The only reply customer service sends is "That is a panasonic battery, have a nice day". Would be careful
to purchase anything from their website

Bad after sales service for a purchase made through ebay. To get a refund for a shipment that was wrong, I had to use paypal to appeal and obtain the refund. They gave me wrong directions preventing the resolution via ebay to resolve the practice. Bad seller and extremely rude.

The battery I ordered for my MacBook is not ok. It is warped, curved (or I don't know what would be the right word in English). Anyway it is not straight. And because of that it doesn't fit my MacBook computer. It is useless.

Subtel asked me to return the battery to their address in Helsinki, Finland (I live in Tampere, Finland). They asked me to mail the battery at my own expense, and they promised to return the postage costs to me when receiving the battery. I was lucky enough to check Trustpilot before I mailed the battery. A similar case had happened to some other Finn and he/she never got the postage neither the price of the battery back.

I didn't return the battery. Instead, I complained via PayPal and asked for my money back. Subtel didn't even reply to PayPal within the time limit they had, so the case was closed and I got my money back :D

Can not recommend Subtel to anyone. Avoid them!

Used their searching facility to find a lens hood for my camera which I then ordered from the UK branch. The product didn't fit. Contacted Subtel and they could not have been more disinterested and unhelpful. Refused to help, Their representative was quite dismissive and didn't offer to find the right product, as she probably didn't know.

Avoid this company.

Ordered a battery for JBL Charge 2+. But as there are two revisions of the battery i received one with reversed polarity, even though i had checked the details while ordering.
subtel were helpful in guiding me to the right version of the battery. Ordered the new one and got a refund for the previous order. Totally satisfied with the service and delivery times.

Ordered panzerglass for ipad and ended up with glass Pro really dissatisfied and let down

As a customer I was extremely satisfied. I was doubtful at first because the prices were really low. Order came right on time. I ordered a laptop charger and it came with two power cable adapter one for Switzerland and one for Europe which I did not expect. Other companies just sell the charger and the power cable costs extra and you have to order it separately. I would definitely shop here often!

sent me the wrong battery.
To correct the issue, they sent me the correct one, before i'd returned the other. I paid for shipping for the return which they refunded. Decent service that I expect other companies would not have provided.
