Error with online image
I ordered a pair of checker vans sunglasses on line, and received an email very quickly to say that there was an error with the online image and that they didn’t have said sunglasses in stock. I was disappointed at the error hence the 4 stars but impressed with the speed at which the issue was flagged to me and the immediate refund I received.

Went to get daughter a new board. The shop has a great vibe and the service we received was outstanding. All the staff are so knowledgeable and super friendly. Darren and Lorraine welcomed us so warmly, and Matt and Max set Tilly up with a new board and bindings in no time. Thanks for the excellent customer service 👍

Subvert is a great snowboard shop
Subvert is a great snowboard shop. Any time I need new gear I get it from there. The staff are very helpful and you can trial board and bindings out.

Package never arrived
Package never arrived. They didn’t suggest other way of payment like paid when the item reach the costumer or other way of compensation for the stress, complication and the days I took of from work to wait a package that never arrived.
Not recommend to buy for outside UK

We sent the parcel in good faith with a reputable courier, so perhaps the one-star review is more deserved by them, as it was their handling that caused the issue. Once we discovered the parcel hadn’t reached you in time, we refunded you in full for both the item and the postage, even though the courier still showed it as "in transit." This means you would have received the package for free, and we were unfortunately out of pocket. We hoped this helped alleviate some of the stress, but we completely understand your frustration. Thank you for your feedback, and we will continue to work on improving our service.
