Nice quality hoodie, fast delivery. Happy overall

We went to the store at Chillfactore for new boots & bindings and a new board. We wanted quality but to keep the price down. We had brilliant service from Vicky who helped us buy a new set up at a great price and even showed our son how to set his board up! Thanks so much Vicky, you was totally lovely, knowledgable & made the whole process painless…..even the paying bit! We love subvert & how friendly and easy going the staff are.

Vicky was fab, brilliant help and advice on buying a skate board for my 12 year olds birthday!! Spent time guiding a clueless dad on the subject!! Then Brandon was brilliant too, setting the board up ready, it looks amazing!!!! Thank you so much both of you 🙏

Went in the store today for my first snowboard and had 1 on 1 with Vicky for over an hour until she knew I was satisfied and had equipment which suited my style best. Would recommend this store to anyone, it’s everything you want from a specialist store

Keith helped me purchase my first set of boots and binders yesterday, and wow what a fantastic service! He was so knowledgeable about all the products they had in stock, he took his time to make sure I was completely happy with everything and even keep the shop open for me while I tried out all the different boots.

I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, professional service. Will definitely be back to buy more stuff from them in the future.

Can’t commend the staff enough. They are a helpful and delightful bunch of guys who went out of their way to help.
My girlfriend recently bought a skate board from route one and it needed assembling. I went to subvert and they had no issue in assembling the board for her. I think the lad who did it was called Matt? Either way I was quite overwhelmed that he went out of his way and took some time to get it done.

One of my daughters fav shops, always good quality clothing, for a great price. Always something abit different, Staff are really friendly and always happy to help.

Got some snowboard boots here a few weeks ago and they were uncomfortable, so went in for some advice. Came away with them heat moulded, demo insoles, and a demo board and bindings, and it made a world of difference! Keith knew his stuff and was really helpful, and gave me some tips for the future. Will definitely be back!

The staff are amazing and the package was delivered really quickly. I also went in store for the first time around 2 weeks ago and the staff were incredibly helpful and gave me all the advice I needed in buying my first snowboard and I will definately be using these guys from now on :)
