Our visit to Subway was extremely disappointing. We ordered a chicken wrap and ended up waiting 40 minutes, which is ridiculous for a fast-food place. Even worse, the wrap was cold and completely tasteless because of it.
Serving food in this condition and making customers wait that long is unacceptable. Very poor service and quality.
The customer support is excellent. We've had the orders slightly mixed up a couple times, and the support always comes through. Other than that, good sandwiches and delicious cookies!
