Artikel about a car accident bad jorunalism

Artikel about a car accident on 15 June 2023 written by Jonathan Guerin was bad journalism. They said the woman just crossed the road without looking. And made her the bad guy. But the man that was taken away with the trauma helicopter was driven to fast in his Porsche and the car Infront of the 27 year old lady that also took the same turn needed to give extra gas to avoid the Porsche but the 27 year old lady was already to late that wanted to take the same turn. The Porsche needed to avoid the grey car Infront of the 27 year old lady and drove into the lady with a high speed. Higher then the allowed speed on the road. If someone is the blame is the grey car for cutting of the Porsche or the Porsche for not lowering his speed. That particularly part of the road has is famous for people driving faster then 90 because it's downhill
