Is this company going out of business? I placed multiple holiday orders and needed help because gift cards were not included… how will my recipients know who send them! It was hundreds of dollars of orders but NOBODY answers back from Support, NOBODY is reachable, and NOBODY picks up the phone. My orders went out with out any gift message and I’m pissed.
I use GMail, so I add tags to every website I sign up to whenever I can so that I can more easily track and block senders. I signed up for a Sugarfina mailing list a long time ago for a coupon, eventually unsubscribing.
Well, you can imagine my surprise when Sugarfina tagged emails kept showing up in my inbox! Not from Sugarfina, but from Mark & Graham! I had never even heard of Mark & Graham before, let alone signed up for their mailing list.
The only conclusion I can come to is that Sugarfina sold my data to Mark & Graham to use for marketing. Absolute scumbag practice. Steer clear of these shysters!
